Guoshun green fabricated steel structure technology system adopts the improved joint connection technology. Guoshun group adopts the advanced anti-corrosion processing technology of steel structure. After the surface sandblasting (shot blasting) treatment, the primer coating is sprayed immediately. The interval between the surface treatment and the primer coating is no more than 30 seconds, and the film adhesion is strong. The primer with different film thickness can be sprayed according to different components to meet the anti-corrosion requirements. After the primer is applied, it can be dried immediately in the drying room at about 70 ℃, so that the paint film can quickly reach the finger dry state. High surface quality, strong primer adhesion and standard fireproof coating can ensure high efficiency and long-term anticorrosion of steel structure.
Self compacting concrete is used to pour beams and columns to form a closed entity, which can effectively isolate the transmission of sound.
Practice 1: use the fire-proof coating protective layer, which is specially used for spraying the surface of steel members, to improve the fire resistance limit of steel structures by forming a fire-resistant and heat insulation protective layer.
Practice 2: the outer layer composed of thick board or thin board is used for fire protection. Gypsum board, cement vermiculite board, calcium silicate board, etc. are commonly used. The board insulates the direct contact between the steel and the flame to achieve fire protection.

3. Assembly construction
